Molinillos are traditional Mexican lathe-turned wooden whisks. They are primarily used in the preparation of hot chocolate and other warm beverages. The Molinillo is held between the palms and spun rapidly to mix the chocolate into the warmed milk and create froth.
These are beautiful pieces, each unique, with its burnished wood patterns.
