Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can select from Standard and Expedited shipping options.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders in Ashland, Oregon city limits. Please allow one to two days for order fulfillment and delivery. Please contact us if you would like same day delivery and we will try to accommodate your request. This is offered as a courtesy and there is no delivery charge.
In-store Pickup
You can save on shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Ashland, Oregon. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one to two business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 11 to 4, Tuesday through Saturday. Please bring your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries serviced by USPS.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, delivery times are a rough estimate.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hill Station LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I Check the Status of my Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hillstationashland.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you select UPS / FedEx as a shipping option, they may be unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address. Please include a physical address in this case.
