Beatuiful and intricately carved butter churn holders from Nepal.
This piece is known as a ghurra. It holds the vertical cylindrical wooden churn in place. One end is secured with rope to a support to hold it in place.
This is an old piece, probably carved in the early to mid 1900's.
8" - 10". Made from katus wood.
