I can't decide which of these two types of scrub brushes I love more! (I do have a thing for scrub brushes. And baskets. And wooden pallets!)
The rough brush costs less, is great for cast iron skillets. But it pokes your fingers a bit. And the wire comes out over time.
The smooth one is better made. It makes a wonderful gift. It has a better finish, lasts longer with its tighter weave. But doesn't quite get the scrambled eggs off the bottom of the skillet so well.
We use the rough one for our daily use; the smooth one is our fancy choice for when guests or family come visiting.
Both, are great. Both are compostable. Both are made in Mexico.
